Darrell where in Wa do you live. I also fish the Skagit when the pinks are running just for fun. All my fishing is for bass tough. Hey Darrell Im also from CA but I live in Tacoma so I tend to fish the South Sound area. I grew up along the CA Delta so striper, sturgeon and catfish were some of my favorites. Im a bigtime catfisherman.The lakes around here are good and although I havent done much river fishing here I know its awesome as well. Ive grown a liking to the perch here but man it sure does take alot to make a good meal. Ive got my sights set on Lake Chelan this Summer after the trout Ive seen come from there but truth be told if its got fish in it I will cast a line anywhere. I dewinterized my boat 3 weeks ago and after replacing my lower unit seals on the old Johnson I will be set. Id like to hit Lake Washington pretty soon. Im game to hit a new spot and some company other than the bitter cold.
