well after our shift yesterday me and the boyz headed out to do some fishin, sittin, sippin, and relaxin! well with the Cabelas King Kat tourney in town, the river was all jammed up with boaters and since they held the kid fishin' rodeo at the ponds we hit the back waters for some good times. so we arriver around 4 pm and Start to get all of our good set up and ready to fish, well it seems some of us forgot to purchase our fishing licence and we quickly found out ho well after we all got into the water down the way comes a boat, not just any boat but the Boat carrying two of West Virginia's Finest Game wardens! So we waved and Noticed that they were pulling up to where we were, they proceeded to get out of the boat and chat with us and then the words were spoaken Boys I need to see yalls licences! Well I quickly handed him mine and so did the others cept two of us! Well he asked again and Drew and John said uh we don't have one. My Hart hit the floor! well he confiscated there gear and took them back to there boat where they gave them both citations ( and Not the good kind ) and then came back and chatted with us. aww those knuckle heads, they knew better! anyhoo, the temp was Hotter then the arm pit of the devil yesterday and we all dang near died ( Not really ) Paul landed the first fish and then danny landed the second one. course this trip yielded only two fish but lots of memories. we stayed for a few more hours just relaxing and hanging out with our buddies. called it quits and headed for home.

is that john emerson?? he used to work for me at monro muffler lol u definatly had ur hands full that day! he is a good ole boy had a good bit of fun together! work was a lil better when he was there lol my buddy jake got stuck on the river friday in the rain when their batteries died on their boat. poor guys paddled over 2 hours lol

yeah I just hired him a couple of months ago. man it must have been a ****ty day. seems the catfish that won the king kat tourney was 13 lb LOL good show pro guys LOL

ah i remember when he got on over there, he ask me for a job but we were full up at the time. he is a descent mechanic and a good worker how is he doin 4 u??

he's he's doin very well actually, he just needs to relax, he's a good kid.

talked to jon today he speaks pretty highly of you.he said u work again friday im going to come over and show you a picture. about 3 months ago my son was fishing up at tygart and cought a 42 pound 41 inch carp on a night crawler!! that thing is huge big ole gut on it lol im gonna try to fish all i can in the next few weeks, ive got an mri friday for my knee. tore the miniscus and mcl up on it and going to need surgery on it doc said prolly late jully so ill be laid up a couple weeks.

LOL well he's a good kid and he's got a personality too and that means alot to me. nice, I love carpin' cattin' and trout. hopefully this fall when the trout turn back on I can get back up to rowlsburg and do some more fishin. I think were headin' to seghi's in a week or so to fish ( me and the boyz from work ) so hopefully I can get them into some carp or cats. been there on the knee, torn mine out playin' college football, course it aint so bad after all the rehab good luck with it, maybe this fall we can get somthin planned to fish? heck I'd like to get the West Virginia members to do another meet, we had a ball last year!

that would be a great idea. i like trout fishing alot but am not very good lol. my sons jon,and keith went to smoke hole a while back and cought a 18.8 pound stringer full was a great week end with my boys. my wife is from rowlsburg, we lived there a while when we were first married. i got pulled into a saw at sanders mill up there and cut all the fingers off on my right hand and we moved to bruceton lol. im doin an engine in a subaru sunday that will give me enough money to buy my boat ive been savin for,we should plan a lil trip to somewherefor an evening sometime.
is the recovery time long for the knee?? im hoping for only 2 weeks or so,there are only 2 of us techs at our shop it will hurt buisness when im off. i heard seghi`s wasnt doin well this year several of my friends said they didnt do very well up there this year. used to go there night fishin with my best friend at least once a month but havent been there in a couple years.
if you get wv members together this year i would definatly be there. it would prolly be a blast and im sure i would learn alot lol! let me know ill help plan it or chip in anyway i can.
