Yep Big Boy, got it ready last Wednesday. I let myself get talked into being part of the 2 day Governors opener event up here so I had to. Then I have the 3 day FHNB event 2 weeks later so it'll just be a lock & load for that one.

My friend Tom says you're having drought conditions up there again. That true? How did that governors opener work out for ya?

The Governors opener is on May 2 the opening of fishing season. I don't know who I'll be paired up with yet. My buddy is getting paired up with  Senator Jauch it sounds. We're light on moisture so far but I wouldn't declare it a drought yet. My buddy in St Germain says that lake is up so I got to believe where your headed this spring will be good also.

LOL  Do you fish anywhere besides the Chip. You should be a guide there.

As a matter of fact I do Bob....really  But for some reason thats where all the action takes place when theres an event and somehow I get involved. The Chip is HUGE, and learning your way around it can be very intimidating. You'd have to live on it to really get to know it. I'm not the one you'd want for a guide there, thats for sure. I guess if I had to pick a favorite it would be the Spider Lake chain.
