    Went out for about 4 hrs this morning.  Met another life member at the dock.  Wind was NW and chilly.  Caught 10 bass most were right at 12 ".  The best one about 14.  Chuck caught 3.  Beats the best day working.

    WTG: Mendota usually produces fish, did you try around the dock's and weed edges? Thats where I usually do well!

    I have learned a couple of areas after about 5 years fishing it. The lake is so big it is hard to locate where they move to in any given condition. The weed edges usually work for me as well. I have not had much luck around the docks. I have also hit white bass in open deep water trolling. I am going to start fishing the lake for Walleye and am thinking that night would be the better choice of time. I will post how things work out in this attempt.
