I've been around this BB since 2004.  In the Fall of 2007, NAFC moved to their own servers, because the old servers were going to become for myspaceish.  Since then, accessing the website has been awful.  We lost things like chat, and personal tallys and interest because the site runs at about the same speed as content heavy sites ran on dial up in 1997.  This year in the spring the NAFC really talked up the website and I received promises from Chad Cox that things were about to get better.

It hasn't.  This site was fun, now it's painful to load and post.  Painful, due to how slow it is.  I use firefox 3.0.3 maybe it's better with Internet explorer, but I doubt it.

Here's my question, has the NAFC given up on getting this to run like other websites?  Is there a definite plan to move ppl back to the magazine?  If not, the NAFC's IT guys should be fired.  This site is a joke, but the funniest thing is ppl are moveing away from print media to online and this could have been your ticket to the next 25 years.

Please, get your website running smoothely.
