Looking for some tips on pulling these large mouth bass outta these cold waters.Seems the bass act different up here in the cold waters.I grew up in California where the waters are a bit warmer and you could'nt keep a bass off a grub or a Mepps spinner.I cant get em to hit anything up here,Ive thrown everything at em from live crawlers and crawdads to plastic worms and crankbaits. They seem to be holdin in deeper waters about 15 feet deep ,sometimes I can find em holdin on top a surface level log,but rarely. After countless hours of throwing everything I had at em,I finally picked up one five pounder on a wiggle wart during mid summer.Havent hit anything since bigger than 5 inches.Do I need a deeper diving plug or what.Would like to here from the pros.
