I know how people say you just need to use a nightcrawler and a sinker, but there is this spillway near where I live and there are these 30 lb. carp just swimming around. They will not take a regular nightcrawler presentation. I was just wondering if any of you guys had any ideas of what you think would be a good bait or lure to try and use. The water above the spillway is frozen but the water below the spillway is not so you get an idea of how cold the water is. Thanks
