    1. Topics are listed by original FIRST post made....not LAST post made....can't see recent Topics that way.

    2. ALL pictures in topics are lost.

    3. Can't sort Topics by title....by dates....or any other way.

Also, the top level "Fishing Club Forum" needs to be broken down how it was before.

    Things look choppy and blocky.

    Thanks Dave,

I'll make sure these get in the fix list.

Even though we've got new forums up, our tech people are still ironing out issues.

I think the new forums need the Breakdown like before, where each "category" Was a section, with the appropriate sub categories under each. IE Clubhouse Become a Category and has each sub category under it. instead of being in the "Fishing Club Forum" Category

Hi Scott. You are correct. As you probably know there were technical issues with the site and it was down Sunday through Monday morning. This changeover was in the works but it was decided to just go ahead and switch over to the new site. I apologize for the poor communication.

The forums are visibly different but the whole site is actually on new servers that should be much faster once the dust has settled.

    Thanks!

    Hey retired-psg,

We've had requests across the board by forum users to update the system and make it easier to add inline pictures to posts, change post read order to personal taste (last post first or oldest first) and other additions. There are going to be bugs that get worked out over the next week or so. More features will be added, this is just the basic install of the system. Adding too many new things at once means more wrinkles to iron out at the same time.

    Thanks.

Admin Wes: Thanks for the reply, I did see where some of my Post Numbers finally made the transfer, but still a great number from the transistion before seem to have just fallen into a BlackHole never to be seen again.
On another note some of what's been done is growing on me  But where did the Spell Check go???? and better yet when will it return??????

This may sound like nitpicking, but with the clock screwed up it is impossible to figure out what is new and what is not. Near as I can tell, I am seeing GMT. Is there a place to set the ofset? Tom

Some weirdly strange things going on. My time is central time, so the 2:19 correction on your reply would have been correct, as it shows my posts 6 hours off. Now most forums do this, but they have a setting for everyone to be able to view their local time zone times. Doesn't seem to be the case here. Not really sure why the post shows 9:19, but the timestamp on your reply shows 2:19.

If Eric posted at 11:19 EDT, the clock is right as it shows to me as 10:19CDT. The post time should be the viewer's time zone, not the poster unless they are in the same zone. Now if we could just get PM and the pictures back, most would be fine. I am posting this at 2:44 PM, CDT Tom

You shouldn't need to worry about my time, the posts should show in your time zone when you read them no matter what zone they were posted in, ie: if Prober were to post out in the Seattle area at noon, that post should time stamp for me at 2pm, and 3pm for you. BTW, aren't you on Daylight time not standard? EST is the same as CDT. Tom

Turnip: If you posted at 8:01 AM local, the clock is correct, it shows 7:00 AM on my screen(central time). I can't quibble about a minute, I have 4 clocks in my kitchen that I cant get that close! Tom
