I am currently (this entire last week) having problems posting. I start out by making a couple of normal posts and then all of a sudden I can't do a normal post...Only a quick post. What I mean by not normal is, it takes a full minute for the green bar across the bottom to fill out and then the screen goes totally white. If I am remembering correctly there are typed words at the upper left hand corner: "post complete"? Something to that effect. I must then escape out and make a quick post.

By "NORMAL" post, do you mean clicking on the "add reply" button ? That's what I did for this one.  No problems. |

Yes, the add reply button. I am still having problems but they are spotty. Photobucket must be having issues because I just got bumped off their site and I can't access it...Geez, it must be catchy! 
I figured out that they must have been working on the site yesterday and up until now because I haven't been able to get to the BB. |

When I couldn't get into the forum section, I clicked on the face book link at the bottom of the screen. I read a few comments posted about the forums, NAFC posted that they were "working" on this site and it would be back up soon.
No problems for me with photobucket.

Currently, no problems with Photobucket and downloading pics.
I am still having problems posting. In the morning I go through the site, catching up with posts from the previous day. After making a few posts (usually 3) I go to various "good morning" threads to post. That is when I have the problem posting. It takes almost a full minute (probably more like 30 sec.) before the post window changes. It goes to a blank screen (white). If I log off and then return, I am able to post again... |

Still having the posting problems today. Also, the post are all out of order, can't seem to get them in the "newest first" arraingment. Yes, I have all the correct buttons pushed. It worked great yesterday! This post is made possible ONLY because there is a "quick Reply" area... |

It seemed at first like they might have new folks working on the problems of yesteryear. Now the same old problems are showing up again. Probabley the same people working on a different forum. Maybe someday they will realize it`s not the forum, it`s the people working on it. |

Tom last time and maybe this one every thing had to do with the system someone was using. Dial-up saw differnt problem that DSL, IE people saw differnt problems than those using other programs, it was crazy !!!!!

Hello Turnip, Is there an easy way for you to snap a screen shot when you get the problem? I tried about 7-8 times to get the posting problems to happen for me and as Murphy's law would have it - couldn't. Do you have "print screen" capabilities? If you could email me directly at wthomsen@namginc.com with a screenshot of the issue I would be very greatful!

As of right now the "reply to topic" button is working, but sluggish. I made several posts this afternoon and everything worked great until I noticed after submitting a post I was brought back to the "oldest post first". I am set up for the newest post first and when everything is working properly that is what happens. So then I remembered experiencing the same thing on all the days that I had problems...
Yes, I can do a screen shot...of a blank white screen? There is absolutly nothing on it...just bright white. When I hit the "return arrow" at the upper left of my monitor, it takes me back to the forum topic. Are you sure you want the screen shot?

I made two normal post this morning and the third one went to a blank screen. I had to use the "quick reply" in order to post. This is post #4 and it is working normally again...I know, or at least I think I know, that after making a post if I am prompted to the "oldest post first" I will soon have posting problems. Ya, I'll be or still am having problems...I tried something different this time. Instead of going to the newest post page to make a reply, I stayed at the "oldest post" and made my reply. The window is slightly different. Texting area, including the prompts for "bold", "Italics", "underline" are smaller. The word "Message" seems smaller. Perhaps my imagination? I will continue doing (posting) this way to see how it works out. |

Very sluggish...Took me back to the "oldest post" first and then diverted itself to the posting window before moving on to the "newest post". Tried to reopen the posting window....That's a new twist! |

I made several posts this morning and had no problems. However, I noticed when I entered the Kentucky thread that the only thing visable is one pic on a post, but there was NO text on any posts (there). That has happened more than once since the changover... |

Gee,You guys are lucky.Here's my problem;If I'm logged into the NAFC home page and try to get to the forum,all I get is a blank screen.If not logged in,I can get the forum up and click on a section and read the topics only(no posts).Then I find the section I want to read the topics in,I log in and I can operate normally,UNTIL I wish to change sections.If I don't log out before I change sections,I get the blank screen again.It's really a PAIN IN THE ASS.I've already talked to member services to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenom. |

i can answer a forum topic; but submit button doesn't work to make new topic! Also tried to e-mail club the submit button doesn't work. I'm book club member the left hand and right hand at club doesn't co-ordinate. I asked them to give me book title b4 sending; so they sent me list of books and they still send titles i don't want; then Steve sends letter about club postage costs and wonders why it's so much a big part of their budget. |

In some of the Forums it is so sluggish that it takes over a minute (almost times out) before ya can post...Other than that I am pretty much able to post normally.
When will we get the PMs back? I have a lot of data stored in some of them and would like to retrieve it! |

I used to think the slowness was due to traffic on the site. If the numbers at the bottom of the site can be trusted (????) this should not be the case. I routinely visit other sites that have 80-100 members active at a time and rarely have a problem. If the problem was at my end, I would think this would occur on other sites but it doesn't. Time to clean house in the IT department! Gateway 504 is not my friend. Tom |

Got a new one today, something about a DotNetNuke error or somesuch. First time was at login, then about 2 out of every 3 times I tried to post. We seem to be moving in the wrong direction here! Tom |

I can honestly say that I'm not having any problems. The only thing I can think of is when I first sign on it takes a long time to load the page. But I don't seem to be having any trouble post.(not yet any way) |

Well, the "add reply" button still doesn't function properly...The site just seems to stall-out when I use it...Except for this thread, of course! I imagine we are losing many dial-up members due to this...way to slow... |

I don't understand what's going on with the site tonight...When I went to the home page I got a "504 Timed Out" error message. I rebooted and was able to get on, but I have had nothing but trouble ever since...even this thread! The site is acting like it will lock-up or blow-up soon! Is there anyone out there that can take control of this site??? |

Turnip: You are still having problems? Most times I find everything working OK, a bit slow, but working. Then there are days like yesterday when I can't even log in and if I do manage to get in I can't post at all! Yes, this site needs some serious help. Tom |

When that happens...try clicking the Refresh button up on your Browser ONE time. Then you should get a little popup window asking you to "Retry" (click on that button). Then your Post should show up. This is called a work around in software circles  |
