well, yesterday i went out bowfishing with good ol buddy and shot at least 10 gar a piece, i know i shot 5 carp, and a few turtles. it was fun. but was it a good day. it was my first time.

So whats the trick with shooting turtles with a bow? never heard of this.

haha. no trick. when their heads pop up, take em off. i was shooting with a broadhead for the turtles to take their heads off. but when you have a bowfishing tip, just kinda look where their bodies are. i just shoot right through the middle of the shell.
