Why is the club, or who ever is responsible for the design of the Club patch so reluctant to answer member's requets for the return of the Old style Member's and Life Members patch?

This has been requested numerous times and there is a fairly large thread in the Misc., Section of the BB regarding this.

Would it be possible for any of you to take a few moments of you time to take a look at this and rely with an answer. I'm sure the members would really appreciate your thoughts on this.
