Does anyone know what location the magazine calendar times are calculated on?
The peak times for fishing need to be adjusted 1 minute for each 12 miles from the calculated point. + for West and - for East.
I am in Michigan on the west coast (Grand Haven, MI- on the shore of Lake Michigan).
The solunar calendar is based on the center of your time zone.
In my case, the corrected fishing times are 67 minuits (For Grand Haven, MI) earlier than the calender lists. This seems to be accurate so far through the last month of fishing. Greg.
