I have in my possession a set of bass lures to test. Someone tell me if they will work for arctic char or dolly varden or grayling. Maybe even salmon? Yes they will work but in a very different way of using. By that I mean i cut the worms into small pieces and attach them to the treble or single hooks to use a bait. It is the smell that attracts the trout to the hook I think. Using them as they are used for bass does not work too well here in northwest alaska.
