Share Your Favorite Club Memories and Photos

The NAFC will mark its 20th anniversary with the July/August/September 2008 issue of North American Fisherman magazine, and to help celebrate the historic event, we’re encouraging longtime members to share their top Club memories. Highlight a favorite article, issue or writer from the magazine, or describe an especially memorable Club event—anything that made you proud to call yourself an NAFC member.

We're also looking for "Now and Then" photos. Please send us photos of you holding a big fish then (20 years ago), and you holding a big fish now (in the past year). We'd especially love "Now and Then" photos of you with your son or daughter. By now maybe your son or daughter -- the 10-year-old in that photo way back when -- has a son or daughter beside them in the boat. Be sure to identify the people in the picture, and please include a sentence or two about your relationship or a fishing tale.

Simply email your story or photo to editors@fishingclub.com, or send it via regular mail to NAFC Editors, 12031 Whitewater Dr., Minnetonka, MN 55343. If your submission is chosen by the NAFC staff, it will be published it in the July/August/September issue. Additional stories and photos selected will be featured in a Web tribute.

Well though I haven't been a member long I'm really enjoying The bennefits of being a club member. And thanks to all the tips and tricks, each time I go fishing I go with new knowledge either from the Tv show or the magazine. As an example before the club I didn't know what a slip-bobber was or how to use it so when i recived my wing-it slip bobbers from the club I learned how to rig it up and tested it a little today in our small reservor at Gilbrook Nature Area and what a diffrance it made in the way I'll be fishing at lake arrowhead tomarrow. I'm very greatful to be able to be part of this club as well as the anglers leagacy. Thank you!

I'll post pictures tomarrow after my trip.
