Where do I find the product test report?

    Or where on the website do I go to submit it online?  Because there was not a test report in the box when I received my test product.

    someone actually got a test product - do you know the president of NAFC- lol  hey pal what did you get, I'm curious. and how was it for you.

    I've written this in various posts at least 4 times. I've been a member since November 2007, and have gotten 3 products to test. On two occasions I've gotten packages of soft plastic worms/tubes/grubs , and the last time I got an Alex Lures balsa crank bait that was quite nice. Granted they were all small items , But I've caught fish on all of them and they were free. It's a win / win situation for me.      Happy fishing.

    I am also looking for the review form. Received a knife and no sheet. They are supposed to be online somewhere but I have not found them yet.
    I have been a member since 2007 and have tested two products. Remember you have to submit a profile to receive the products to test. Then you have to submit a review. Then if you want to review again you have to submit another profile.

    LOL I have tried to get a test report several times to no avail. They used to send me a lot of things to test, but I only got one test report ever. When I evaluated the product poorly, (because it was), I never got another thing and no more answers to my requests. Hell, I have been a life member since 1996 and was not able to log on or participate here for the last year despite 75 emails until last week. They really don't care my friend. Honestly. They really don't.

    I have a report form,but I thought it would be easier to do it online and paper free.Well,maybe next time.

    When I got my field test, it was preceded by an email giving me a heads up that it was on the way. The email contained the report form to be submitted online. Tom
