    The episode of NAFTV shown on the Versus channel today 3-28-08, was this the newest episode? because they were fishing in upper WI and I live in lower WI and all the lakes still have ice most are Safe, so how can that be?!?!

    Most tv shows are not live. Instance show filmed in October/November airing during ice covered months. Usually some hint like water temperature is giving during show.

    I used to wonder the same thing till I was made aware by Ted Nugent that it takes about three months for an outdoor show episode to air.

    That depends. We have some local shows here in Chicago that work on about a 3 week lead time. Tom

    Heck.. John Gillespie's Wisconsin Water & Woods has a new show every week which is about 3 days lead time. You never know where he'll be fishin' but he'll find somewhere.  Most of it in Wisconsin with occasional trips to other states.  Talk about pressure to produce.
