I've loved watching your knot wars segments. A lot of good suggestions and information there. I see that there are a ton of suggestions in the forum for knots and such for future "Knot Wars" segments, and forgive me if I'm repeating any that have been suggested already, but here it goes.
It would be great to see some braid mainline-to-mono leader knot comparisons (I currently use the Albright to connect braid to mono) since most fishermen (that I know) don't tie the braid directly to the hook. I've used a bunch of knots for this until I settled on the Albright (surgeons knot, uni-to-uni, and stren j-knot). I'd be interested to see comparisons of tied size and strength of these knots.
Additionally helpful would be light mono main-to-heavy mono leader knots (say 10lb to 30-50lb leader). It would be helpful to gets some ideas for tying together lines of significantly different diameters.
Along the same lines, mono-to-wire/cable knots would be helpful as well for those toothy characters (again, I use an Albright).
Lastly, doubled line knots like the bimini twist and spider hitch and tying doubled lines to shock leaders. These are typically used in salt water, but I'd bet some folks use doubled lines and shock leaders for muskie and pike rigs.
Just some suggestions.
