    i was fishing off my dock and cought this weird fish with human babby teeth . when i set the hook the fish took all my line and i had to fix it so the fish didn't get away . it took me 15 mins to  land him. at frist i thought i had the big bass  the lays  under my dock.

    Easier to identify with pictures but it does sound like one of the aquuarium fish that has been dumped.   There was a story like that in the magazine not too long ago.

    Hmmm, you know that sheaphead, does have teeth that look simuler to human teeth but that is a saltwater fish... why don't you discribe the fish better becuse I am curius to what you caught.

    talkin bout weird fish me and a buddy was fishin around some docks at a local boat launch, when he got a bite .  it was a fish about 10 inches long .  it took me several mins. to realize it was a shad.  im not used to seein them that large.  it was a suprise.

    They catch sheephead around here frequently (freshwater) and there are some people that eat them. As for me, I've never tried them and I've never noticed them having babylike teeth and I guess that is because I never bothered to look down their throat.

    Could have been a Pacu. These cousins to the Parhana eat lots of fruits and stuuff that fall from the trees in south america. They get dumped into our lakes by people after they get to big for their aquariums.

    I don't know what a pacu looks like, but they are often dumped in ponds or lakes. A friend of mine has caught a couple. So its possible its a pacu. But I don't know.
