My wife and I bought a couple of thier instant fisherman poles. The first time that I used mine I was grinding gears on a 3 pound bass. My wife took hers out tonight and was grinding gears on a 3 1/2 pound bass and broke the end of the pole off on the same bass. If I had to rate this product design is exellent however the quallity is very poor. In my opion the instant fisherman poles are one of the worst poles you can get and they cost way more money then they are worth.

Did you try to take advantage of their 10yr. warrenty(sp), make them make good even if you never use them again.
