One of my most memorable Camp trips Had more than I barganed for.
I was fishing at Utah Lake at a levy located on the southern end of the lake .
I Had set up my camp about noon and was out on the water around 2:00 . about 30 minutes passed when I started to catch some good sized blue gills. Within about 3 hours I had caught my limit and had each on the stringer.  I decided to leave my stringer of fish out in the water thinking about having fish and eggs for breakfast.  The fallowing Morning and Hungry as it comes I went down to get my fish but to my surprise as I looked around I saw these foot prints near where I had left my stringer.
the foot prints belonged to racoons. I pulled up my stringer to find that the racoons had taken the bodies of the fish and left me with just the heads.
Fellow Fishermen my advice to you is if your going to keep your fish please put them somewhere safe and not to leave them on the stringer in the water
