So what if these big carp make it to Michigan waters. Would it be any worse than when the Zebra Mussels made their way here and destroyed all of the forage for smaller fish? I have to ask myself, what do these fish taste like and how hard are they to chatch and clean. I can;t wait to hook into one of these monsters.

if you are talkin about the jumping carp, they will eat the eggs of fish and reproduce FAST! but the easiest way to catch them is to crank up your motor and go at a speed of around five mph. they will jump right into your boat. they taste pretty good too.

About the only thing Asian carp are not guilty of is eating fish eggs, they are filter feeders and eat only plankton and the like. They will not strike any kind of bait or lure so the only way to catch them is by net, spear or bow and arrow. Tom
