I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I am the satisfied owner of one Eagle unit (15 yrs old, still works fine) and 3 Lowrance units that have served me well. On the rare occasion that I have had to deal with customer support, they have been courteous and helpfull to a fault. Customer service is not what it used to be, it's not LEI, it's the way things are now.
