where is the best place to get pumpkinseed grubs in michigan or on the web. rick. I went to tippy and the saw dust hole. the saw dust hole suck theres nothing there and the dam is loaded with steelhead above the caulford but I think it was the barometric preasure that made them so shy.

What's going on, Steelhead Crazy?  I don't know where to get those grubs in your area, but on the web try:

    Bear Paws - http://www.bearpawshandpouredbaits.com

    Tournament Plastics - http://www.niffken.com

    Northland - http://www.northlandtackle.com

    Dan Gapen - http://gapen.com

You forgot to leave your "fishing report."  How did you do on the trip last week?

Yellow, orange yellow or black-green tail Lindy Fuzzy Grubs in 1/16-1/4 oz. tipped with a minnow, leech or a piece of nightcrawler usually does the trick.  Check out the "Walleye" thread of the Forum, too.  Good fortune to you.  Let us know how you do.
