it is made from 2 Bic roundstik grip pens
first i took the part off thats holds ink stick took it out and cut it off so there is a little ridge and did the same with another one then cut the end that is plugged of the first pen and took the grip parts and put them in both ends and tyed line in each dip so they cant slide along the whole thing and tyed about 1 foot of line and cut then tyed one spinner to each line and when i go fishing next time i will take it and see how it works.
