I sent in sanction request forms to Bass Cat to have the Colorado River Region WON Bass series sanctioned in the Quest incentives program.

The sanctioning announcements are listed here:

Basically what that means is any Bass Cat boat owner (who has registered their boat with Quest) who fishes and wins one of this series can send in a claim form to get an extra cash prize from Bass Cat Boats.
