well we are starting the postspawn phase here in the south. fishing has been pretty good though. this week i went several times and caught some pretty good ones - 7-9, 7-0, 6-4, 6-0, and a couple of 5 pounders. most were caught on topwater to put the icing on the cake! <!--graemlin::D--> today my young 'un wanted to get in on some of the action so i took her for a while before preschool graduation (she's 5). i put a minnow on for her and she caught a five pounder in short order. she names her fish and she named this one "shoo-shoo". don't ask me. <!--graemlin::confused:--> here's some pix. the first is me with the 7-0 i caught late one evening and the other is my sweet little em with her five pounder. hope y'all are catchin' some good 'uns too! <!--graemlin::)-->
