I have been wondering will the boat and motor industry ever come out with anything Solor Powered someday? Will fish locators/depth finders possibly follow suit as well?

Now that there are Hybrid cars on the automobile market. I wonder if Boat Motors or the locator / depth finders may go that route as well?
