I have a V4 85 HP Johnson outboard cir. 1976. It consistantly is hard to start, dies at idle, and on the rare occasion that I can get it up to speed and running well it will bog out after 3-5 minutes. If I back off quickly it will continue to run but will not go flat out again without being shutdown and restarted. I'm thinking fuel problem, any suggestions?
