This thread will constantly be updated when new people are added. Below are the guidelines.

This swap will be a Pond Swap, and a Salmon / steelhead swap. You can tie flies for either anything in a pond or for salmon and steelhead. Check your local area's and start tying those flies. I would Like to get 10 people but I will go with who ever we get by the 4th of September.

Once you are part of a swap you need to tie 10 flies then mail them to the swapmeister with a couple dollars for return postage, or a self addressed and stamped package, dont stiff the swapmeister. When I recieve all the flies I'll split them up so that everyone gets each others flies and then send them off to the participants. All participants must send in 10 flies of the same pattern, and if all goes right you should recieve 10 different flies from the other swap participants.

When you mail your flies try to use some sort of crush resistant packaging, a small box, altoids tin, or something along those lines will work great, your box should be re-used by the swapmeister to return your flies so don't send them in just an envelope.

Flies should be toe-tagged with the name of your pattern and your NAFC board screen name, and E-mail, so we know who tied what. A toe tag is usually just a small strip of paper that you stick on to each fly over the barb so it wont fall off.

I will keep all the participants informed of the status of the swap, ie.. post when I get flies, I will also post a weekly reminder of when the deadline is, and post when I'll send the flies out.

Deadline will be September 4th to join.

Deadline for finished flies to be received will be no later than September 25th Due to me being on vacation this way I can make sure all the flies go out no later than the 26th of September.

I will PM all the participants the swapmeister address so you know where to send the flies once you are done.

This is going to be a blast.
