My grandfather gave me this rod 5 or 6 years ago just before he passed away. He used it long before I was born and all I remember of it was it hanging in his front porch. It is a 3 piece cane or bamboo rod with a cork grip. Its not super old but it has no identification marks that I can find other than a Made in Japan sticker just above the grip. It has seen better days and I would like to repair it as the wrapping are coming undone. Take a look at it (sorry about the quality of pics) and let me know where I can find repair materials or more info on it. Thanks

Thanks for the link. I actually registered on their forums yesterday heh. There is a much bigger community of rod builders out there than I could have imagined.

    Thanks again, Justin
