    noisy lures  perhaps  poppers ,  divers .  perhaps  chart colored streamers  like a clouser minnow

    I would use Rattle Traps and other noise producing lures,If ya want to use Jigs or soft Plastics use a dark color,I know that sounds strange but it works.

    you can cast plastics and small jigs with a fly rod .  i have used the crappie tubes and small  mister twisters  or grubs .
