its a pretty simple pattern was tied for pike and musky .

hook SC14-2H 3/0 Gamakatsu saltwater series
thread 6.0 black
tale is holographic icicles

 head is a piece of  3mil foam cut in a triangle or heart shape  and super glued to hook shank  bottom edge of foam  just even with  hook shank .  kinda like making a reversed crease fly head .
 then   fold gold prismatic self stick  tape  over that .
eyes are red prismatic eyes .  but you could use what ever .
then coat the  entire head  with  epoxy  .
