man it be so hot today that it was very hard ta do any kind of ice fishin' except fer da other way
man i need ta get me a camera........i've caught 7 smallies over the 4lb mark already this year.-- got 2 more tonite and i even had a big gill on for a minute that was a bigger hand full than the smallies. he break my line when he got back under some rocks. |

mrbill my wife is home and doing great. She has to take it slow for awhile. I did have a few DA OTHER WAY just for some stress relief. As if I need an excuse. |

I be heading up to Canada on Wednesday with my friend to help him with his pontoon boat and then I can finish up sealing the outside of my cottage and get into some Canadian Ale.

just made a run back to michigan for 2 days and now i'm back ta work and can't wait fer my next couple of days off and if everything goes right i'll meet turnip and a few other people from the old forum.
if i don't do that, it will because i'll be having a good reason ta do some ice fishin' dee other way--- my step-daughter is do during that same time |

Mr_bill I see congrats is in order. I was checking out the Ohio Site and you won the Mr Twister Charter. I believe it be time to have a few. If I knew how to post pics on here, I have a pic of my new way to do it DA OTHER WAY.

On Monday, my wife Nancy and I went up to my friends house to have a BBQ and do some fishing and yes we did a few of DA OTHER WAY. We caught a few nice gills, some large perch and a few small bass. We kept a few of them gills and perch, so my friend could have a fish fry for his neighbors. All in all it was a great time and Nancy enjoyed herself. She can't fish yet. She kept us company.
I finally found out how to post pics, so here is my new way of doing it "DA OTHER WAY". This pic is when I was just up the cottage in Canada earlier this month. I'm the one on the left and on the right is my cousin Ronnie.
