HAHAHAHAHA that's a funny pic...but no way would DA KPG get caught walking around with a "load" in his shorts HAHAHAHA! kiNGER, "Da Young Bushwacker" be doing fine living in Burnsville, MN. They're hooking 15-16" crappie fishing around the Chaska, MN area and here I'm home fishing alone catching walleye the same size. It's a bummer when your fishing partner moves away for most of the year and you can't find someone else to go. He's got his sled with him so between fishing, sledding and the baseball...he's having a blast living in the good ole USA! |

I just got back from a 3 week stint up in Pa and yes i did some ice fishing both ways. My partner and i did it again. We won the ice fishing tourney in the panfish division. We did not match last year, but this is the6th year in a row that we won this division. This year was very tough. We only weighed in 3lbs of perch and 2nd place was only 1.5lbs. Not 1 bass was turned in this year, so athe money for the bass division and bass lunker went to the Fire Compant that is hosting this tourney. Also did a couple of other lakes and ponds with some success, but not the greatest, but it was still a great time with old friends. Did i mention i won a basket of cheer at a banquetthat Nancy and i use to be on the committee. Now since i be back here down south i will have enogh of the cheer to do it "DA OTHER WAY" for a long time to come. All of you areinvited & welcome to come on down here to join me if you like. |

Congrats on another win Kinger. You guys seem to have that division figured out! Ice fishing for us has been poor this year. With Da Young Bushwacker living in the States, it just isn't the same going out.I don't have a regular partner to go with so every weekend I'm working the phone to get someone to come along. Oh well - we're going to Florida on March break to watch Brett play baseball for the week so we're looking forward to that! Oh, and you can bet I will be doing it "DA OTHER WAY" watching the games . |

Hey Kinger, Florida was a blast. Brett had an excellent week and is now ranked 7th in RBI, 17th in batting ave, and 20tth on on-base-% n the NJCAA website. Not bad for a freshman! He had two games in the same week where he hit 5-for-5. In the lone game that he pitched, he went the distance in a 6-1 win over Oakton College. No fishing as the lone day the team was off, I took a bunch of them to Caladesi Island for the day to goof off and relax. Saw my first live alligator - that was kinda cool! HAHAHA! Of course doin it "DA OTHER WAY" by the hotel pool was usually happening in the evening. |

You kidding me???What else are yah supposed to look at when yah be lying around by the pool??? HAHAHA! On the beach I had to be more "strategic" with stretching my neck as I took in the "scenery". Don't need Mrs. WW bonking me on the beach yah know. HAHAHA!!! Watching Brett play, and have a great start to the season, made up for the long winter I had. I only got out ice fishing about 8 times cause it was tough finding someone to come along. I'm gonna have to put an ad in the paper I guess to find a couple of regulars that like to go out. |
