Does anyone know how, or if is possible to catch Wiper through the ice? we catch them in the open water, but have never caught or heard of any being caught through the ice.

if so....how deep of water, and how far down to you fish?

Where I'm at, we don't have wipers, but the regular cousins white bass. I've caught these little ones, but it seems that they can be anywhere in the water column. I usually hit that 30+ fow. Same tactics for crappies or walleyes.
