Well, its time to go shopping for a 2-3 man portable.  I'm thinking about getting one off Craig's list.  Has anybody bought one from there?

No. However, Fleet Farm has some pretty decent ones for around 200 dollars.

I bought a 3-man Eskimo pop-open style for around $200 at Marine General in Duluth, MN. Suckers here in Canada wanted over $400 for it . I like it, but be sure to bring a tie-down rope for the windward size. The huts are sturdy so much so that if you don't anchor down the windward size, your hut may get lifted right up off the ice and carried down the lake. The four anchor srews can only hold so much when a good gust of wind comes up!

I just bought an HT PRS-2 Deluxe (2 person) Shelter this week..Paid $100 for it threw sports authority and got it set up to see how it looks....You can fit 4 people in there comfortably with out any gear which is nice cause there would be alot of room for 2 people and there gear...Im happy with it and it came with 5 Ice Stakes to keep it grounded from the wind!

I purchased a two-man portable, Team Wild by Otter with the bench seat. This is my first portable and I love it. I was using a two man tent that I picked up at Bethesda for $35.00. The portable is like fishing in a house. picked it up at Fleet Farm.
