    They had some big limits last year, hopen to hear good news. Delaware had a 19 1/2'' on flounder.

    va was supposed to vote in march on the regulation. it was set at 19 in. they kept it the smae and just opened the closed season. maryland shold be about the same just check your game and fisheries site for the state and it should be able to tell you
