What are the best crankbaits for Bass and Redfish? I'm planing on getting a small selection of different kinds, like for depth, appearance, and such. Should I hit the sales bins at places like Wal-Mart and Academy?

Also, I've seen cranks with painted lips as well as clear ones. Which work better?
