If anyone likes to use red worms here is a sure way to get them without even turning a rock. I work in construction, and from time to time I have to pull up freshly laid sod to add a landscape light or whatever. If you have access to freshly laid sod just pull up a piece at a time, and you will have more red worms than you could ever need. Just thought I would share this.
