Pete, do you know if they are still making the sub walks? I haven't seen them in the catoluges this year. I got one last year and I gotta say they are tough to work. I assume your supposed to walk the dog with them but its really hard to get the cadence working.

I haven't seen them (subwalks) either. I've looked in Academy and Gander Mountain and can't find them. Maybe it was a special edition lure. |

Great collection Pete. My budget allows me to buy the knock offs only. I do own one Rapala though, came from a two dollar yard sale tackle box. Lifer since 05/08....Ky....Fred |

I'de say they are stocking whats left, once their gone their gone. I just checked the Rapala site and they still list the x-rap subwalk so who knows? Susquehanna bait and tackle still had some last I was there, maybe a month and a half ago.

it seems to me that everyone loses sight of the classic rapalas, i think they work better than most of the new ones. honestly i feel worse if i lose a plain black brokeback j-11 than if i lose a dt-10 or an x-rap. but i have to give credit where credit is due rapala in my eyes is the best lure company out there and i am a customer for life fish like your hungry |

Frank, none of them have a rattle in them. Perhaps that is something I should investigate...You'll just have to show me how it works at Seneca this fall! LM since 2005 Bushwacker Deputy Sherif
