I will be in my first fish tournament in September and it will be for Billfish. I was wanting to make some teasers and wondering what kind of information anyone had? Captain Jim Barton of the Shoor Would II is a freind of mine from IL. he charters out of Panama City Beach. I'm very handy and creative. I have tied many flies but none this big. I would appriciate any advise even very basic. Don't worry about offending me even if I already know someone reading this might learn too. Thanks in advance!!
