This was a stupid rule, they closed down the cod season from november 1st to april 1st to recreational fishing. Commercial fishing hasn't been changed at all when they are the problem!! the problem isnt the guys with rods and reels, its the guys with the draggers and the net, Come on now!! I am in NH and i was wondering if people are experincing this problem in there area?
