    right now there isnt much in terms of bilfish. water is cold. they havent really even hit NC yet. your best bet is to wait at least a month. you can look up local charters in the yellowpages or phonebook and talk to them theyll ahve a better idea of whats going on. right now in va and nc were working the bottom for tiles, grouper, sea bass and blackfin tuna.
