    im assuming you are fishing for steelhead and salmon. youre going to wnat something light weight wise that wont make your arms tired. medium sensivity tip with some body to it to hang em and pull em in. its kind of personal choice actually. what feels most comfortable to you. really the easiest thing to do is go to the local tackle shop and talk to them. theyll be able to help you best
