I got out yesterday. I was hoping to tangle with some slabs. A buddy and I got out on the water around 9 and fished until about 3. We threw everything we had at them. They wanted very little of what we had. We got into some fish. We had to troll/drift for them. It was the toughest I have ever had to fish and only got 20 fish. All under 9". <!--graemlin::(--> It was the first time out this year so I've got the dust off me now the crappies better watch out. I got a pretty nice sun burn too. <!--graemlin::o--> The highlight of the day was the 4" crappie that my buddy caught on a bubble belly tube and the crappie has a 2.5 minnow hanging out of his mouth. That kid was hungry. Hope someone is catching the slabs.
