    After readin the article Crappie By Degree, what is a Kentuckey rig or how is it made? Pictures or explanations.

    Basically you tie a sinker on the end of your line. Go up 18(or so) inches and tie on a 6 inch leader with a tube bait on the end. Go up from that leader another 18(or so) inches and tie on another 6 inch leader rigged with a minnow. Thats the basics of it. You can tweek the rig for specific waters. Work with it a few times, and see what works for you. Hopefully this helps some.

    That varies by angler. If you need to keep the bait in one area for a while, this would be the go to. It also works great on a sandy bottom with light vegetation, or lightly wooded areas of a lake. Work it like you would a jig.
