Hey all, here in Ohio we have been having some trouble with people cutting the throat of muskies and leaving them to float. Problem is mainly on two lakes in the state. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to stop the problem. I guess the bass fisherman are being blamed for it. I don't fish for muskies, I mainly bass and crappie fish, but I can't stand to see fish, especially under limit fish, killed and wasted. Any ideas????
