man i was watchin T.V. the other night after returning home from the striper hole.me and the wife were tierd and both of us dosing off , i closed my eyes and I was there... at the shore of the striper hole again, it was real, i just knew it as i cast and reel'd, i stoped my lure for a sec.(suspending <!--graemlin:;)-->) & at that moment a striper tore in form no where and grab'ed the lure, i went to set the hook hard and to my surpise my pole started slipping out of my hands, the striper was taking my pole, as the last little bit of my pole left my hand, i woke up to my cup dropping from my hands(luckly empty) I almost was jumping off the coutch in to what i thought was the river in front on me... i was sweating and couldn't shake the realness of it, the wife look'd up from her little nap as i had starteld her and she ask "is it time for bed?", i said "how can you sleep after a fish like that gitts away?!"
i did hurry to bed so i could try to dream more about the fish, but the wife kept asking what the hell i was talking about, "what fish" she ask "that dam striper!" i mummble...."your crazy " she said...."it was only a dream that seem'd too real" i tried to tell her in my half a sleep state of mind...the next day she ask what the hell i was talking about, you know it was still hard to explain it to her awake... she just don't know how those striper can haunt a person...

...i got fishin on the mind....
