I plan to go striper fishing this Saturday night with the father in law and vow to stay on the lake until I catch a 20+ pounder or have to come back to work on Monday, whichever comes first . Lately haven't been catching many big ones , keepers , but not trophies . I will post a pic when I land it .

 Well we got on the lake around 8 Saturday night and in about half an hour we got hit by a huge thunderstorm so we packed up and called it a night . We went Sunday night and not a single bite all night long . That was pretty unusual . Then to top off the night of bad luck my battery died ! Oh well , these things happen . We will try it again this weekend , hopefully have a change of luck !
