Need some help if at all possible. I just got back into fish after a 12 to 15 year absence. And things have changed a bit. I was a big flounder fisherman some time ago and now i am looking to tackle some trout in MD, or southern PA. Just need a few tips if anyone has any for me. Thanks

I am fishing with 4lbs test and casting rooster tails at the present time.

What else you got for me?

I would suggest going over some of the old posts both here and in the Md. section. There probably isn't any topic that hasn't been discussed before! It takes some digging, but you tend to find answers for questions you didn't know you had! Tom

I use minnows or power bait. these work also if you dont want to cast Spinners.

where do you live? There is great trout fishing in garrett county on the Casselman, Yough, Savage and Potomac rivers.

Maryland DNR has a listing for trout streams in the state. Some of these areas are catch and release and some are for artificals only. Check iti out
